The Liverpool Echo are reporting Danny Ings is on his way out of Liverpool, with three clubs said to be in contention to secure his signature.
Crystal Palace are believed to be front runners, as Hodgson aims to invigorate the attacking capability of the Eagles. Many Palace fans have been frustrated by the lack of goals centre-forward Christian Benteke has returned, especially considering his hefty fee. Danny Ings could be the answer to their goal scoring woes and if they manage to keep hold of wantaway winger Wilfried Zaha, their frontline could cause a lot of problems for some of the Premier Leagues defences.
With Ings keen to move from Anfield in pursuit of more playing time, his departure looks a certainty. It will be interesting to see which club Ings decides his future lies with.
