However, any Premier League side will have to move quickly with Barcelona also interested. Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo have this morning reported that the player is on the brink of agreeing a deal to join the Catalan side this summer. The move would likely see the end of Andre Gomes’ Barcelona career. The midfielder has impressed since moving on-loan to Everton in the summer and is likely to not be short of options if he is asked to move on in 2019.

The prospect of the player joining a new side permanently in January can also not be ruled out, with PSG likely to try and recoup some money for their academy product.
