Cesc Fabregas gave an emotional farewell to the Chelsea fans in their 2-0 home victory against Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
The Spaniard, 31, is expected to finalise a move to Monaco in Ligue 1, and an appreciative Stamford Bridge crowd said their goodbyes to the midfielder as he departed in an 85th minute substitution for Ngolo Kante.

Fabregas clocked up his 500th appearance in English football, and will depart a legend of the English game after successful spells with Chelsea and Arsenal, alongside being a World Cup and European Championship winner with Spain.
