West Bromwich Albion vs Manchester City

Date: 28/10/17

K.O: 15.00pm

Table toppers Man City travel to West Brom on Saturday looking to extend their Premier League winning run to eight games.

West Brom will be without defender Craig Dawson after he was injured in a collision with a team mate, but Tony Pulis is hopeful that Jonny Evans and Gareth Barry will both recover from injuries sustained last week.

City are still missing Benjamin Mendy and Vincent Kompany and face selection headaches, with Kevin De Bruyne, Nicolas Otamendi and Ederson all rested for the Carabao Cup victory over Wolves.

Victory could take City seven points clear, while West Brom look to arrest a worrying slide down the table.

Having won their opening two games of the season, Baggies fans could have been forgiven for optimism in August. That optimism has proved mistaken, as they have failed to win any of their games since and fans continue to call for an end to Tony Pulis’ successful but unattractive style.

No such concerns are in the minds of City fans, as their team continue to dominate all put before them. A rotated eleven including Gabriel Jesus and Sergio Aguero failed to beat championship outfit Wolves in normal time, but experienced defence splitters Kevin De Bruyne and David Silva will return against West Brom.

Prediction: West Bromwich Albion 1 Manchester City 3
